What if you are a young person who has worked at a Gumi small or medium-sized business for more than 2 years? Up to 1.1 million won in longevity incentives
If you are a young person living in Gumi City and working for a long time at a local small or medium-sized business, be sure to learn about the ‘Gumi City Youth Employment Continuity Incentive’ in advance.
In 2026, up to 1.1 million won in Gumi Love Gift Certificates were provided to young people who had worked for more than two years at small and medium-sized businesses in the Gumi region.
■ Support target in 2026
All of the conditions below had to be met.
Young people aged 19 to 45. As of the date of notification, the address on the resident registration is Gumi City. Workers who have been employed at a small or medium-sized business in Gumi City for more than 2 years. Average pre-tax salary for the three months immediately preceding application is KRW 2,156,880 or more and KRW 4,615,628 or less. Monthly health insurance premium deductible is KRW 166,263 or less. ■ Support details
After selection of participants, 550,000 won will be paid. If you continue to work for 6 months after selection and maintain Gumi City resident registration, an additional 550,000 won will be paid. Up to 1.1 million won per person will be paid in the form of a Gumi Love Gift Certificate card. ■ Application period in 2026

Applications for 2026 are currently closed.
■ Prepare for application in 2027
If the project is implemented in 2027, there is a possibility that a recruitment notice will be posted on the Gumi City Hall website.
Here's what to prepare in advance:
