When a small or medium-sized business located in Gumi City hires an unemployed young person as an intern and then converts him/her into a full-time employee, this is a project that pays a total of 3 million won in retention incentives to the participating young person.
■ Application target
Unemployed youth aged 19 to 39 in the Gumi region. Young people hired as business participating interns at small and medium-sized businesses in Gumi. Youth who can be converted to full-time employees after working as interns and continue to work. Youth support fund.
